Meet Dr. Lindsay (DC, CFMP)
I’m Dr. Lindsay Peterson, a family chiropractor and certified functional medicine practitioner based in Charlotte, North Carolina. My healthcare journey began with a pursuit of a nursing degree, but I soon found my passion redirected towards holistic health and nutrition. After earning my bachelor's degree in nutrition from North Carolina State University, I went on to attend Life University, where I obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
During my doctoral studies, I furthered my education and obtained certifications in pediatric and prenatal care. This included attending seminars hosted by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and participating in chiropractic mission trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
I have always been passionate about sharing health and lifestyle advice with my community. My dream has been to create a comprehensive space where individuals and families can receive the support and care they need.
Since co-founding Evolve Health & Wellness with my wonderful husband, Dr. Stephen Patti, I have continued my training to expand our services to include functional medicine. My goal is for our patients and their families to feel educated, empowered, and inspired to achieve optimal health.

Lab Reading & Report of Findings
Do you have a recent panel of bloodwork or other laboratory test, but feel like your current provider isn't helping you get the results you want? Bring Dr. Lindsay your labs and she will render a functional report of findings for you!
Functional Well Visit

1:1 Meeting
Interested in meeting with Dr. Lindsay to discuss health and wellness concerns or questions? Set up a 1:1 meeting.

Looking for help navigating the world of nutrition, particularly when grocery shopping? Book a time to "shop with the doc" where Dr. Lindsay will meet you at the store and walk you through what to look for when shopping.
Travel / Home Visit Fee
All of the above services are available to you in the comfort of your own home for an additional travel / home visit fee.
Services
INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT & PROTOCOL
Discovery Call
This 15-minute call is where Dr. Lindsay will walk you through the process of becoming a functional medicine patient, as well as answer questions or concerns with regards to what to expect with your specific care. If you are an established chiropractic patient, we can do this as a conversation at your next adjustment!
Initial Consultation & Assessment
During this one hour appointment, Dr. Lindsay will discuss with you all of the different aspects of your health, address related concerns and perform a brief physical examination. Consultations will not be scheduled without all intake forms completed. The fee due at this visit covers the time for this visit, the time and services necessary to order any necessary laboratory testing, as well as time for rendering the report of findings. Laboratory testing fees are NOT included as the needs and prices vary by individual and location.
Report of Findings
During this 60 minute visit, Dr. Lindsay will share the findings of your in person examination + laboratory results, explain what those results mean for you and discuss what she recommends moving forward (which may include supplementation, dietary interventions and/or lifestyle changes).
Follow Up Visits
During this 30 or 60 minute appointment, Dr. Lindsay will assess your progress, address any questions or concerns that you have, as well as provide encouragement and accountability related to your treatment protocol.
WELLNESS MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships will be on an annual basis as the services included are spread throughout a period of 12 months. Each membership fee will include the following for each person for the year:

Individual assessments and treatment protocols are designed for any person looking for a comprehensive plan for resolving specific health concerns or conditions at a foundational level. These appointments are the most in-depth form of functional wellness care offered alongside additional accountability and encouragement.
